LEGO® Robotics Classes for All Ages
Bricks 4 Kidz LEGO® Robotics Classes break down complex STEM concepts into hands-on lessons for kids of all ages. Students as young as 5 years old can use LEGO® Bricks to build models and bring them to life while learning teamwork and communication skills. Bricks 4 Kidz also offers an advanced level course for kids over the age of 9.
From in-school workshops to after-school programs, our LEGO® robotics programs improve kids' ability to apply scientific ideas to real-life projects and create tangible results. It's also known for being a load of fun, helping kids to connect science to positive experiences!
WeDo® Robotics
Designed for kids 5-9 years old, our WeDo® robotics classes gives students the chance to build and program models using LEGO® WeDo® computer software. As they learn these practical technical skills, they become active participants in their own learning through a hands-on and fun project experience.
MINDSTORMS® EV3 Robotics
Our MINDSTORMS® EV3 class is perfect for students aged 9 and above. Building upon the concepts taught in the WeDo® robotics program, we tap into the latest EV3 and MINDSTORMS® technologies as well as use programming and our own robot models. Children learn the basics of EV3 graphic programming language, bring real projects to life and see the results of their learning. No prior LEGO® robotics experience is required.

Benefits of Our Robotics Programs
Our robotics classes, camps and workshops offer a variety of long-lasting benefits, including:
- Encourage creative thinking: By applying scientific concepts in a real-world setting, students can brainstorm solutions, use their imaginations to design models and see the tangible output of their creativity.
- Build teamwork skills: Students work together to bring their concepts to life. This encourages kids to voice their opinions, ask others for input and utilize their strengths as well as recognize the strengths of others.
- Enhance problem-solving skills: We encourage students to apply creativity when something isn't working. By thinking outside the box and learning how to program the models they're building, they learn to recognize and solve problems.
- Teaches computer programming: Our staff teaches kids about computer programming, then gives them the opportunity to practice what they're learning. Students complete the workshop with a better understanding of and ability to use computer programming.
